Wallpaper Collection Archive Traditional,
1873 John Perry began to design and print wallpaper. He was an enthusiastic collector of block printing of wood. He even managed to make the old craft, which was disappearing, modern again. Perry's company was taken over by Cole & Son in 1941 which helped to preserve the valuable historical wallpaper archive and bookprint from the early 1700s.
Based on these fantastic resources they been able to recreate the ancient design, which are in this collection. Archive Traditional includes 12 wallpaper styles and a fabric incorporation, based on designs that are both well-known but also those that were not created in decades.
